How do I check my order status?
Open My Orders. Shipment tracking is available when the courier information has been added to the order. Guest customers can use the order status link in their confirmation or shipping email.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, with an estimated 3–7 business days for delivery after dispatch. See Shipping Info.
How much is shipping?
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout. Free shipping applies only when offered for your order.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a review. Conditions and exclusions apply. Read Returns and the published refund policy for details.
When will I receive a refund?
Our team will share the applicable next steps after reviewing your request. Timing can depend on the payment provider. Contact support for an order-specific update.
